With a Master's in Educational Leadership, I've dedicated 23 years to shaping a world that prizes curiosity and meaningful discourse. My diverse roles, from middle school math teacher to Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, have afforded me a comprehensive perspective on math education spanning grades PreK through 12 Grade. Currently, I serve as an Administrator, Math Specialist at Riverside County Office of Education. In this capacity, I strive to instigate substantial changes in how we approach teaching and learning mathematics. Emphasizing the need for educational values and street data-driven transformations, I am committed to dismantling structural barriers within and beyond classrooms. Working in Riverside County, CA, catering to over 450,000 students, I believe in the power of our collective impact and the significance of our seemingly small decisions in fostering positive change.
