Peyton Rowlett is the Program Manager, Literacy Initiative where she leads efforts to enhance literacy instruction and foster educational equity. Peyton’s role involves facilitating professional learning opportunities to support effective literacy instruction and partnering with educators to implement effective literacy programs tailored to diverse learning needs. Her career includes experience as a Curriculum Support Specialist at San Juan Unified School District, where she focused on teacher training around curriculum and best practices, and spent time as a Special Education teacher. With a strong foundation in structured literacy and a commitment to inclusive education, Peyton is dedicated to improving literacy outcomes and ensuring all students have equitable access to high-quality learning opportunities.
